Although this might not be important if you find the perfect floor plan, it still can be a major hurdle when building. Many of these plans are drawn for mass appeal instead of for specific regions of the country. Also, many have been produced decades ago. This leads to many drawings not incorporating basements or proper wall thickness to be suitable for insulation in our region. Also, they are drawn so tightly that many times will not pass code or be suitable for basic comfort. We will begin the drafting process with a consultation, either an in person meeting at our office, or by filling out the contact form below. Once we have the information pertinent to the drawings we can proceed. Drawings can be commissioned by an hourly rate, or can be included for a set cost with a building contract.
