Pre-Construction
Every great project begins with a great plan! After your initial meeting, we will figure out a budget and draw a plan to fit your unique lot and specifications. After bidding out the cost of the structure, we can begin setting up meetings with the areas best designers and materials providers to get everything selected, priced and settled on. From this point, we will have finished drawings that will give you a virtual house made from your input and ideas. We will draw up a contract to protect all parties and after signed will move to the construction phase.
Once pre-construction is complete we will begin pulling the various permits necessary to begin the build! We can begin scheduling the necessary sub-contractors and ordering the materials to complete your dream home. During this phase, we carefully manage the project to ensure accuracy and efficiency in bringing your ideas to life! We make communication a priority to ensure things stay on track and on budget with you. Also, we make sure to be completely transparent and will be open to changes if any other inspirations you have may need to be integrated.
Once final inspection has been approved, we can set up your move in date! Any items yet needing attention will be added to a punch list and finished in a timely manner. We have a one year warranty after completion that will cover all workmanship and anything that may arise. After the first year, our 2year/10year warranty kicks in. This will ensure that your home remains as good as new for many years to come!
